Juicing for me personally boosted my weight loss and helps aid in my current weight attainment. The health benefits also associated with juicing is amazing and needed no matter the age. The liquids from vegetables and fruits contains vitamins and minerals needed for the human body to function. I love how you can create a combo based on your personal taste buds. For the fellow parents out there it’s a great way to get those nutrients from vegetables they don’t necessarily care to eat in our children and pickier eaters. For Example, Ginger, The bitterness might be to strong so add a fruit to make it sweeter like orange or honey, Etc.. This helps dilute the bitter taste while still getting the micronutrients needed.

All ingredients add a very beneficial mineral aid to the body.

Cucumber - Helps lower blood pressure, Reduces risk of kidney stones, good source of Vitamin K.

Kale - Contains multiple vitamins (A, C and K) which is great for brain development, protects against macular degeneration, high in protein and fiber.

Green Apple - High in fiber of course! High in antioxidants, green apples have less sugar than red apples. Great for skin and teeth health. Fights against aging.

Celery - Boosts in weight loss, helps heal acne, has cancer fighting antioxidants. also, may lower inflammation in the body.
