Greek Yogurt Parfait

 

I'm sure just like most of us, we don't always have the time to make a large breakfast or snack. For me this Greek yogurt parfait is a great snack at any time of the day. I enjoy adding whatever fruit I have such as raspberries. Not only do they taste good but did you know that raspberries help aids in regulating blood sugar. potassium, magnesium, B-vitamins and iron, which make them extremely beneficial for the female reproductive system. Raspberries was one of the main fruits I consumed during and after my pregnancy. Give raspberries a try next time your shopping for produce. 

1/2 Cup Raspberries
1 Cup Granola 
Greek Yogurt (as much as desired)
Scoop a layer of Greek yogurt in the bottom of cup or bowl. 
Add granola on top of Greek yogurt.
Add desired fruits (raspberries)
